Monthly Rent: $500

Terms: 1-5 years (Negotiable)

Tenant will be responsible for:

  • Utilities (~$1,200 per month)
  • Maintenance on C-store equipment only
  • Insurance (Required on c-store contents only)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Site cleanup (litter, weeds, etc.)
  • Changing fuel prices in a timely manner
  • Collecting cash and CC sales for fuel
  • Daily fuel reconciliation and make daily cash deposit for fuel sales in onsite safe
  • Adhere to VP branding standards (Image and Merchandise)

Explanation: Your business will operate the C-store and its sales while Anthem Oil will operate the fuel for the location. You will have profits for the c-store but fuel price, profits, inventory will be managed by Anthem Oil. Because you will be accepting payments for fuel, you will be required to use our system to reconcile fuel purchases.
