Crude oil prices dropped drastically at the beginning of the week due to aggressive selling caused by a large decrease in Chinese exports for the month of February. Heating Oil (HO) prices continue to fall with warmer spring weather expected.
Fuel supply is good in New Mexico with all refineries up and producing. The Group 3 Spot Region closed Monday $.035 cents down on diesel and $.013 cents down on gas.
Desert Fuels has great diesel contract opportunities for our customers in Albuquerque and surrounding cities in New Mexico.
Product is good in the Amarillo and Lubbock areas with highly competitive pricing. El Paso has also loosened up. Desert Fuels continues to have good supply and competitive pricing even when these regions are tight on product.
