Weekly Fuel Market Update (WFMU) | June 15th, 2016
After punching through the $50 barrier early last week, crude oil and refined fuel prices have gone down for six straight days. In the last few days markets were effected by higher than expected inventories.
Product is still tight in Moriarty due to some refinery issues in Artesia.
Tightness continues to loom over the region as the pipeline to Odessa is still down. Order early to assure we can get you a load, but same day loads are still feasible in Amarillo, Lubbock, and Midland/Odessa. El Paso has been busy because of the pipeline shutdown as suppliers are scrambling to supply a much larger region.
No significant update this week.
