Weekly Fuel Market Update (WFMU) | October 14th, 2014

Nationally

Prices continue down for both gas and diesel as we move through mid-October. In spite of pressure to decrease oil production, OPEC nations are willing to accept lower prices instead of cutting back.

New Mexico

New Mexico supply remains solid as refineries go into a maintenance season later this month. Although prices have been down nationally, the NM markets may not follow that same path as refineries go through this process.

West Texas

El Paso supply is great and prices have become more competitive in the area. Odessa, Lubbock, and Amarillo have also seen better turn around times available for carriers and pricing continues to be very competitive.

Arizona

No significant update for this region.

Colorado – Front Range

No significant update for this region.
